摘要 盾构机的合理刀盘选型及刀具配置是确保正常掘进的重要基础。海底盾构隧道在施工过程中可能面临更为复杂多变的地质情况,对盾构刀盘刀具的选型及其地层适应性提出了很高要求。为更好地指导珠三角水资源配置工程海底隧道的工程实践和研究,对国内代表性海底盾构隧道工程的刀盘刀具选型及优化措施进行了回顾,随后重点分析当前代表性海底盾构隧道工程建设过程中存在的主要挑战与相应研究思路。分析结果表明,进一步研究的重难点主要有刀具适应性理论及技术研究、刀盘刀具耐磨材料研究、刀盘刀具监测装置的研制与开发和常压换刀刀盘换刀技术的优化。

Abstract:The reasonable cutter head selection and cutter configuration of shield machine are the important foundation to ensure the smooth construction. More complicated and changeable geological conditions may be encountered in the construction of submarine shield tunnel, which puts forward high requirements for the selection of cutter head and its formation adaptability. In order to better guide the engineering practice and research of the submarine tunnel in the Pearl River Delta water resources allocation project, the cutter head and cutter selection and optimization measures of the representative submarine shield tunnel engineering in China was reviewed. Then, major challenges in the construction of submarine shield tunnels and their countermeasures were analyzed. The analysis results show that the key and difficult points of the next research are mainly the research on the theory and technology of cutter adaptability, the research on the wear resisting material of the cutter head and cutter, the development of the wear resisting monitoring device, and the optimization of cutter replacement technology under atmospheric condition.
