摘要 受近场大震影响的大坝场址,基于最大可信地震进行坝址地震动参数估计是现行水工抗震设计标准提出的要求,但工程实践中缺乏可操作性的规定。该文主要目的是基于随机有限断层法,考虑符合真实特性的震源破裂、路径及场地衰减等影响,建立坝址最大可信地震动参数评价方法,并以溪洛渡坝址为应用实例进行详细说明。首先针对地震活动和地质环境复杂的工程场地,建立一套适合于工程应用的大震近场地震动参数评价体系,包括设置震源模型、路径及场地参数的取值水平、设计地震动模拟方案及建立场地参数评价准则等;然后,对溪洛渡坝址区域发震构造复杂性进行分析,确定影响坝址的三条强震构造的震源参数及震级上限;最后,对坝址最大可信地震动参数进行讨论,构建不同层次和风险水平的设计参数评价方法。文中建立的方法能够考虑坝址发震构造的复杂性,反映不同震源对坝址地震动参数的影响,为大坝结构抗震设计提供合理的地震动输入。

Abstract:For the damsites affected by near-field strong earthquakes, it is required to evaluate the ground motion parameters of dam site based on the maximum credible earthquake by current standard for seismic design of hydraulic structures. However, it is hard to be used in seismic design due to lack of reference guideline. A maximum credible seismic parameter evaluation method based on the stochastic finite fault method is proposed, in which the effects of source rupture, path attenuation and site conditions are considered. The proposed method was further applied in evaluating the seismic performance of the Xiluodu dam site. First, a near-fault seismic parameter evaluation system is established for the engineering site with complex seismic activity and geological environment. The new evaluation system includes the setting range and level of parameters for source, path and site condition, the design of ground motion simulation scheme. The site parameter evaluation criteria and the corresponding calculation principles for determining the weight coefficients of these parameters are considered. Then, the seismogenic structure in Xiluodu dam site is analyzed, and three main seismogenic structures and the maximum credible earthquake magnitude affecting the dam site are determined. Finally, the evaluation method of the maximum credible ground motion parameters of the dam site is discussed, and the design parameters considering different risk levels are proposed. In the proposed method, the complexity of the seismogenic structure of the dam site is considered and the influence of different sources on the seismic parameters of the dam site is reflected. The research results could provide credible ground motion input parameters for the hydraulic structure aseismic design.
