Abstract:As a new construction method, the mechanical method is used to construct communication channel, and the steel plate welding is used as the connection method between the main tunnel and the communication channel, in which this joint is the key point of seismic design. Aiming at the seismic problem of the joint, the influence of seismic load on the force, displacement and acceleration response of the main tunnel and the communication channel is studied by the finite element method. Two working conditions of rigid and semi-rigid joint are considered. The results show that the stiffness of the rigid joint is much larger than that of the semi-rigid condition under the seismic load; in the semi-rigid connection mode, the response of the tunnel acceleration and displacement is greater than the rigid joint condition, and the seismic load in the y direction is the semi-rigid connection. The displacement and acceleration response of the lower communication channel are greatly affected.
