Abstract:Thermal deformation of maglev track beam caused by solar radiation is an important factor considered in the designBased on meteorological data and solar radiation semiempirical formulas of Shanghai in summer,a threedimensional model for a section of Shanghai maglev line steel box girder with transient state analysis method is established using ANSYSThe temperature field is calculated according to the principle of heat conduction and the finite element methodThe calculated temperature field of the experiment model agree well with the measured recordThe temperature gradient distribution of the maximum vertical and transverse temperature difference of the steel maglev track beam is analyzedThe corresponding temperature gradient curves are fitted based on the exponential functionThe peak fitting value of the vertical temperature difference is slightly lower than that of the German Maglev CodeThe peak fitting value of the transverse temperature difference is higher than that of the German Maglev CodeBased on the analysis results of temperature field caused by solar radiation,the temperature deformations of steel track beams with different supporting forms are calculatedIt is concluded that steel box maglev track beam twospan continuous structure perform a better temperature deformationFinally,in order to reduce the absorbed energy of solar radiation,as well as the temperature gradient and deformation,suggestions on the selection of coating for steel box maglev track are put forward.
