To study the bond performance and bend strength of recycled concrete with corroded bar, static load tests for 12 recycled concrete beams are carried out. It is showed that the recycled concrete beam shifts from bending failure when the rebar corrosion rate is less 9.31% to bond-slip-shear failure when the rebar corrosion rate is more than 9.31%. The yield load and the ultimate load of experimental beams decrease with the rate increasing of rebar corrosion, and the distribution of relative slip develops from parabola form into wavy lines. The tested beam cross sections of recycled concrete under normal using load coincidence with flat section assumption. The bearing capacity calculation method of corroded reinforced recycled concrete beams under bending is provided by the introduction of collaborative coefficient between corroded reinforced bar and recycled concrete when the rebar corrosion rate is from 0 to 9.31%. The comparison between the calculated results and the test results shows a good agreement.
