摘要 本文研究了玻璃纤维锚杆控制围岩变形的效果。玻璃纤维锚杆作为一种新型的掌子面加固技术,可以很好的控制围岩变形,提高围岩的稳定性。为了研究玻纤锚杆的作用效果,本文结合兰渝铁路桃树坪隧道,采用数值模拟方法对掌子面不同加固方式对地层变形的影响进行模拟,并分析了玻纤锚杆不同参数对掌子面稳定性的影响,结果表明:(1)玻纤锚杆可以提高掌子面前方围岩的物理力学参数,从而提高施工的安全性|(2)施做玻璃纤维锚杆可以减少40%以上的掌子面挤出变形|(3)玻纤锚杆的作用效果与设计参数密切相关,采用锚杆密度0.75根/m2,锚杆长度14m时,控制变形的效果最好。

Abstract:The effect of fiberglass anchor on controlling surrounding rock deformation is studied in this paper. The glass fiber anchor is a kind of new type of tunnel face reinforcement technology, which can control the deformation of the surrounding rock well and improve the stability of the surrounding rock. In this paper, the numerical simulation method is used to analyse the effect of glass fiber anchor on controlling face stability inTaoshuping soft ground tunnel which is in Lan-Yu Railway line. The results show: (1)the glass fiber anchor can improve the physical and mechanical parameters of the surrounding rocks in front of the face, so as to improve the safety of the construction. (2)The effect of extrusion deformation can be reduced more than 40% by using the glass fiber anchor. (3)The actual effect of glass fiber anchor is closely related to the design parameters, and the use of anchor density 0.75/m2, anchor length of 14 meters in this project will have the best deformation control effect.
