Abstract:The construction industry is currently at a critical stage of quality improvement and industrial upgrading, with the inefficient commercialization of scientific and technological achievements remaining one of its major bottlenecks. In response to this challenge and the emerging requirements of developing new quality productive forces, this study focuses on the industrialization of new construction technologies, and systematically elucidates the theoretical connotation of the “construction-manufacturing-creation integration and greening-intelligence-industrialization-internationalization synergy”. A “five-stage evolution” model consisting of technological achievement patenting, patented technology productization, core product industrialization, large-scale industrial service commercialization, and full-chain service ecosystem development. This model establishes a complete pathway of transforming laboratory achievements into an industrial ecosystem. To address five major obstacles, including bottlenecks in the commercialization chain, lagging market mechanisms, and the absence of an industrial ecosystem, the paper proposes six implementation strategies: demand-oriented approaches, strengthening pilot-scale testing, reinforcing the leading role of enterprises, improving institutional support, establishing evaluation systems, and extending value chains. These strategies aim to bridge the gap the innovation chain and the industrial chain, facilitate the construction industry's transition from factor-driven to innovation-driven development, thereby promoting high-quality growth characterized by high-end, intelligent, green, and internationalized transformation.
