Abstract:Shield tunnels used for rail rapid transit in soft soil areas are characterized by stricter line control, worse construction quality and more difficult in line precision control. In order to calculate the deviation of lining ring axis for shield tunnel quickly and accurately, firstly, based on the general form of metro line alignment and taking tunnel mileage as a link, the calculation method of three-dimensional coordinates of tunnel design axis (DTA) is given. Secondly, by means of dichotomy and continuous iteration, the theoretical position of deviation calculation point of lining ring corresponding to DTA is computed, and then the calculation method of plane deviation and elevation deviation of lining ring is proposed. Finally, combined with the line data of the Z2 line project of Tianjin Binhai New District, the calculation process and results of the deviation of lining ring are presented.
