Abstract:The end-anchored CFRP plates or sheets has emerged as a popular method of strengthening reinforced concrete structures.In this study, the interface bond shear stress, relative slip, axial force distribution of the CFRP plate, the overall loaddisplacement and the load-CFRP plate strain response curve during singlecrack debonding process is addressed by means of the cohesive crack model and the Partial-Interaction composite beam theory, by introducing a fourlinear bondslip constitutive model with residual strength to reflect the nonlinear and softening characteristics of deformation compatibility and stressdeformation behavior of interface produced from relative slip between CFRP plate and reinforced concrete beam.It is observed that the theoretical values of structural behavior basically agree with the experimental values, reflecting the actual stress state of concrete beams strengthened by the endanchored CFRP plates.The results in the present study provide theoretical references for the analysis and design of the concrete beams strengthened by the end-anchored CFRP plates.
