Abstract:With the rapid development of urban transportation, more and more cities have built urban rail transit projects, among which shield machine construction technology has been one of the construction technologies of urban rail tunnel with complex geological conditions. For example, Jinan area has a full section of weathered limestone and diorite strata with confined water. There are many construction problems in the selection of shield machine and the implementation of construction measures. This paper is based on the shield tunnel project from martyr cemetery station to Kaiyuan Road Station of Jinan Metro Line R2,Through consulting geological exploration data and referring to the construction experience of similar stratum in other cities in China, this paper studies the selection and matching of shield machine, cutter configuration, determination of excavation parameters, etc-for the confined water stratum, and obtains the selection and matching mode of construction shield machine and construction process parameters suitable for the stratum construction, which is of great reference significance for similar projects.
