摘要 通过相同条件下,不同桩距建筑物沉降变形的监测,得出挤土桩沉降变形随桩距减小而增大的结论;分析挤土桩沉降变形规律和非挤土桩的不同,即沉降变形和附加应力非完全对应的关系;给出挤土效应引起的桩基质量问题,应用非挤土效应的桩进行处理的建议,这对于事故处理及防止类似事故发生是非常必要的。

Abstract:Through monitoring the settlement deformation of buildings with different pile distances under the same condition, the conclusion is drawn that the settlement deformation of squeezed soil piles increases with the decrease of pile distances. The difference between the settlement deformation law of squeezed soil pile and that of non-squeezed soil pile is analyzed, that is, settlement deformation and additional stress are not completely corresponding to each other. The pile foundation quality problems caused by compaction effect is given, and also the recommendation of application of the non-squeezed soil pile for processing, which is necessary for the accident treatment and prevention of the similar accidents.
