Case study and analysis of the squeezing soil effect of preformed pile on the settlement and deformation of pile foundation

Abstract：Through monitoring the settlement deformation of buildings with different pile distances under the same condition, the conclusion is drawn that the settlement deformation of squeezed soil piles increases with the decrease of pile distances. The difference between the settlement deformation law of squeezed soil pile and that of non-squeezed soil pile is analyzed, that is, settlement deformation and additional stress are not completely corresponding to each other. The pile foundation quality problems caused by compaction effect is given, and also the recommendation of application of the non-squeezed soil pile for processing, which is necessary for the accident treatment and prevention of the similar accidents.
