Abstract:By conducting prototype experiments on a 1:1 scale mode loaded in the key working direction,the load-carrying capacity and failure mode for long grouted single mortise-tenon joints used in prefabricated metro station structures are studied. The characteristics of M-θ curves,development law of cracks,and distribution of concrete and steel stress are analyzed. The results show that the long grouted single mortise-tenon joints show four bearing stages with four inflection points and the development laws of bearing capacity for every stage are extracted. And the final failure mode of the joints are illustrated. In addition,the flexural behaviors of the long joints with different grouting ranges,different grouting materials and different loading conditions are compared. The bearing capacity characteristics of the joints are analyzed and the safety and bearing advantages of long grouted single mortise-tenon joints are further validated . The research results can provide reference for the design of prefabricated metro station structures.
