摘要 通过对4片配置HRB600级钢筋以及1片配置HRB400级钢筋的工字形截面剪力墙进行低周反复加载对比试验,考察了配置HRB600级钢筋剪力墙与HRB400级钢筋剪力墙的性能差异;探讨高强钢筋剪力墙墙体配筋率、轴压比对剪力墙抗震抗剪性能的影响。试验结果表明:与HRB400级钢筋剪力墙相比,HRB600级钢筋剪力墙的极限抗剪承载能力略低,达到极限抗剪承载力时墙体中的钢筋也没有达到屈服;但加载后期墙体裂缝宽度更小,变形能力也更好。在试验的基础上,应用有限元分析软件VecTor2,对影响配置高强钢筋低矮剪力墙抗剪承载力的主要因素进行分析,并对HRB600级钢筋剪力墙抗震抗剪承载力计算时钢筋设计强度取值给出建议。

Abstract:Four shear walls with flanges of HRB600 grade rebars and one shear wall with flange of HRB400 grade rebars were designed and tested under reversed cyclic horizontal forces. The main aim is to study their performance differences and the influence of reinforcement ratio and axial compression ratio on seismic anti-shear performance. It is shown that the ultimate shear capacity of shear wall with HRB600 grade rebars is lower than that with HRB400 grade rebars. HRB600 grade rebars fail to yield when the ultimate shear capacity is reached. While the crack width of shear walls with HRB600 grade rebars is smaller and the deformation capacity is better than that with HRB400 grade rebars in later period. Moreover, the finite element analysis software VecTor2 is used to analyze the main factors which affect the shear capacity of low rise shear walls with high-strength rebars. In the end, the formula for design value of HRB600 grade rebars is obtained.
